ViewNX is a program that enables you to browse and view photos from the Nikon digital camera devices. The program supports the following formats: NEF, TIFF (RGB) and JPEG to capture images from cameras, also movies - AVI, MOV, sound files – WAV and NDF formats and saves images in NEF, TIFF (RGB) and JPEG formats. This program can be used especially to organize and classify your digital images. ViewNX allows to view photos is three modes: Thumbnail – for viewing image thumbnails, Image Viewer – to display selected images and Full screen – to display images in full screen. Moreover, the program provides you with the editing tools. You can sort your photos, change their size, cut, copy, use quick adjustment tool to control white balance, tint, sharpness, brightness, contrast, highlight and shadow protection. In addition, you can apply labels and ratings to your images. Also ViewNX allows you to convert RAW files to Jpeg and Tiff formats with ease. You can rename and protect your images, also make slideshows and share them with your friends by e-mail. Also you can enter information such as Creator, Origin, Image Title and Keywords in XMP/IPTC Information for managing images. ViewNX is compatible with other Nikon software, such as Nikon Transfer and Capture NX. Nikon grants you a free non-exclusive limited version of ViewNX (1 copy on 1 computer).
